About us

DID4All is funded by the Australian Government to promote disability inclusive development, provide quality resources to the development sector and help ensure that Australian Government funded development activities are inclusive of people with disability.

This website has been designed under a contract between the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and CBM Australia. Content has been provided by the CBM-Nossal Institute Partnership for Disability Inclusive Development, a partnership between CBM Australia and the Nossal Institute for Global Health, University of Melbourne.

CBM is Australia's largest implementer of disability-specific and inclusive development activities worldwide. CBM International is an independent Christian development organisation, whose primary purpose is to improve the quality of life of the world's poorest people with disabilities and those at risk of disability, who live in the world's most disadvantaged societies. Find out more about CBM Australia here.

The Nossal Institute for Global Health at the University of Melbourne brings together multi-disciplinary expertise to address global health challenges. The Nossal Institute's work focuses on non-communicable diseases, health systems strengthening, education and learning, communicable diseases and inclusive development practice. It has a combined focus on development assistance, research and teaching. Find out more about the Nossal Institute here.

Both organisations have a strong commitment to disability inclusive development. The Partnership aims to build the capacity, policies and systems of both disability and development stakeholders to facilitate disability inclusive development. It has a focus on capacity development, technical assistance and operational research to build the evidence base for effective disability inclusive development.
